Hi there, I want to say a big thank you for the help you've given me to house train my adult dog! It's only been 5 days, but so far so good.

What I really liked was that "House Train Any Dog" talked about training an adult dog too, when most books talk mostly about things specific to puppies.

The best part of the process so far is when my dog began to ring the bell on her own and wait at the door, then 'went' outside! I loved the idea of giving 2 treats then, and that really seems to work! She even seems proud of herself afterwards. I found the book easy to read, well organized, and full of helpful tips! So far, the book has saved me money in paper towels and cleaning spray. The best thing that "House Train Any Dog" has saved me is much frustration! I was becoming so frustrated and angry, and now I'm feeling more in control and happier with my dog since she is not having as many accidents. In the past 5 days she's only had 2 accidents, and now I think of them as my accidents, rather than hers. Now I feel like I finally have the tools I need to house train my dog.

I would recommend this publication to anyone having difficulty training their dog. Thank you!

I loved House Train Any Dog, and it solved our problem with a young dog that had been potty trained and was slipping (like any young child) when there were major changes taking place in all of our lives. We reinstituted the regimen we used to train him - like your book suggested - as well as a daily walk, closing doors to rooms, etc., and he's now the same wonderful, wonderful boy we knew before.

We have a 9 week old puppy, she's doing awesome with the tips from House Train Any Dog! Our puppy has only had a few accidents in a week since we started so it really works! My boss just got a 12 week old puppy she has not been successful with the process they are using now, I recommended House Train Any Dog to them.

We got a dog from the pound. It had been many years since I trained any dogs. The information that I received from your company really helped with training the dog to go out side to the bathroom. Our dog is about 98% broken within two days to go out side when needed. So it helped me a great deal. The information that I from you all helped 100%. Money wise it didn't really cost me that much. Your book was easy to follow and had great pointers that made our job better training our dog Charlie Brown and take time to praise the dog with lots of love. Yes! I recently got a puppy, we just bought our house a couple months ago and didn't want our new puppy soiling the carpet and floors during the potty training process. My first instinct was to yell at her and use a newspaper to train her but after reading House Train Any Dog we went with the suggestions.

She has only been with us a little over a week, but she now knows what the jingle bells on the door mean. She goes to the door when she hears it and goes outside to potty. She knows that when she goes potty outside she gets a treat. We have also trained her to get her feet wiped before she goes inside and she will sit and wait for us to wipe her feet and give her a treat before she is let in the house.

I would recommend this product to anyone. It was easy to read and really worked. We have had a couple minor accidents but overall she is doing extremely well. She also stays in her pen all night without soiling, we put her out for the last time around 9:30 and she has not had any accidents. She is also in her pen all day when we are at work without soiling.

My wife started the training with her 9 month dog but when I noticed she wasn't following the program I re read your manual and took over the job. I got results near the end of the first day. The second day was even better. The program is simple and it makes perfect sense. I especially liked the part where the dog will start hiding his poop. That is what happened a few days before we started the program. I modified the sample schedule and followed it. Even though we are only in our third day I have every confidence the program will yield quick success results.

I was surprised and pleased by the simplicity of the instructions. Dog training should be straightforward, consistent and based on principles of learning.

My little Maltese did not understand the concept of going outside to potty a week ago ... now she is a dependable little girl! When I took her outside, I would tell her, "Cricket, Potty." She had a very quizzical look on her face and she would cock her head to one side as if to say, "What in the world to you want?" For the first half of the week there was no response but finally one day she went and I praised her enthusiastically, clicked and gave her a treat. The next day, there was no progress and I was feeling pretty discouraged until the next morning I took her out and she immediately went potty. When I again praised her with JOY, clicked and gave her a treat, she seemed to connect the action of her going potty with what I was asking of her. Since then, she runs to the door when she wants to go out. It took five days of real WORK to get my request of her, to get across to her little mind, but now we are both happier! Thank you for your help!

Its been slow, but your info helped alot! Logan is now been "dry" for almost a week and he is letting me know when he wants to go out more than he did before, which was never... we are getting into a routine that we both can do and I am less frustrated. Thanks for your help.
